Cutest Big Sur Elopement Ever!
The second I saw Chris and Celina’s faces on zoom, I was instantly in love. These two have such a strong connection, I could feel it all the way over the interwebs. They are basically the most adorable humans alive. Their wedding day was one I kept looking forward to, since I knew we were going to have SO much fun exploring around during their Big Sur elopement. I wasn’t wrong! We had a BLAST! Getting to capture the love story of these two humans was beyond special. The way Chris looked at Celina, had me swooning. The way she would reach for his hand to hold, killed me. The ease at which they show their love is just really magical.
How to Elope in Big Sur
There are a million ways to elope, and there isn’t a single one that is wrong! Your elopement needs to be allllll about you. You need to prioritize the things you love to do and do them! You can still have so many traditional elements of a wedding. The first look, the first dance, a cake… Anything! Eloping doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice any aspect that you love, it means you get to create a day where it is all about what you two want as a couple. A Big Sur elopement is so great because there are rad places to stay and great ways to structure your day, so all the elements you want built in, can easily be! C and C wanted to shotgun a beer on the beach, so we made sure that happened! We also wanted to have their ceremony in a quiet redwood grove and their great officiant (you can check out his website here!) made sure their custom ceremony was as beautiful and moving as the location.
