It feels so fitting to be sharing some special mom

It feels so fitting to be sharing some special moments from this amazing wedding on the first day of #pride!

I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you how absolutely special these two are and how every person I got to chat with, told me how perfect they are together…

When so many couples are inwardly focused during wedding planning (and rightly so, it is a stressful time!), these exceptional men, made sure they were actively contributing to their community: They had a plaque telling their guests how they had made a donation to the @trevorproject on their behalf… I mean… Talk about inspiring! And, in turn, I’ve made a donation in their names too! (If you are unfamiliar with the @trevorproject, please check it out!)

It is always such an honor to capture the love stories of all the members of the LGBTQ+ community… Couples who live their love out loud and authentically, even in the face of condemnation, should be celebrated at each and every turn. May the wedding vendor community always rose up to champion inclusivity!

My beautiful Audra used to comment and message often after we connected and say: It’s almost my turn!!!

And… When it finally was, the whole day was sheer perfection from start to finish, because of the fact that these two are made for each other… You know how some couples are like the epitome of “couple goals” within their friend group?

That’s Audra and Don. And. I can very much see why… The amount of respect, love, and absolute reverence they hold for each other is something to aspire to. Plus. They are fun as hell! If I could scoop them up and carry them in my pocket forever, I would!!!
